- For all guests over the age of 14, a local residence tax of € 2.10 (3.00 € from 01.01.2024) per person per night is also charged on site.
- A deposit of 30% is required to secure a booking.
- We charge an additional € 50.00 for the final cleaning of the apartment.
- We reserve the right to charge for any damages.
Payment methods:
The following means of payment are permitted: Cash, ATM, credit card.
Cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation up to 21 days before departure: the deposit will be retained.
- Cancellation between 20 and 7 days before departure: 50 % of the total amount.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: 90 % of the total amount.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
- Check-in / Check-out: On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.30 a.m. The apartments are ready for occupancy from 4 p.m. Earlier arrival or later departure is possible by arrangement.
- Smoking is not permitted in the entire house and in the flats.
- On request, your dog is welcome to accompany you on holiday. We charge € 15.00 per day without food. Please bring your own basket, blanket and food bowls. We reserve the right to charge a surcharge for final cleaning should it be necessary.
- Washing machines and tumble dryers are available for an extra charge.
- An additional change of linen or an intermediate cleaning of the apartment is possible for a surcharge.
